What we focus on
Our work is air conditioning: repairs, replacements, tune-ups, mini-splits and the ductwork that carries the cold air through your home. We also handle heating and thermostats, because they are part of the same system, and we take emergency plumbing calls around the clock.
We have served the valley since 2007. In that time the city has grown in every direction, from new subdivisions in the southwest to older neighborhoods closer to downtown, and every part of town has its own mix of equipment ages, roof types and attic layouts. That local familiarity shapes how we diagnose problems and what we recommend.
How we work
We answer
Calls are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by our team or by Alex, our phone assistant, who takes your details and gets them to a technician. You will not get a voicemail box that fills up on the hottest day of the year.
We explain before we charge
We diagnose the problem, tell you what failed, and give you the price before any repair begins. If a repair is not worth it on an older system, we will say so.
We test the result
A system that runs is not the same as a system that cools. After every repair we check the temperature split and airflow before we leave.
