What to tell us
If your AC is not cooling, it helps to know what the system is doing: is the outdoor fan spinning, is air coming out of the vents, is there ice on the lines or water near the indoor unit? Roughly how old is the system? That lets us bring the most likely parts and saves time. Our AC repair page lists the common symptoms and what they usually mean.
